Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures
Assist manager in implementing continuous improvement activities for HR administration processes and services within the Business Unit
Collate, document, and prepare reports on administration services delivered
Provide administration support on the department's initiatives and programs
Record findings and prepare maintenance reports


Job Requirements

Demonstrate in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate in the local language, and preferably in English, both written and spoken

Certificate in Human Resources or similar related preferred

Working experience will not be required.
