Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator (hierarchical link) and the HR Coordinator (functional link) , the Human Resources Manager supports the Field Coordinator in defining and implementing the national HR policy at base level.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements


 Minimum 2 years proven experience in HR and management in humanitarian context

 Experience is sensitive environment (post-conflict, conflict). IDP/refugee camp experience in an added value Technical Skills and Knowledge:

 Knowledge in administrative and human resources linked to humanitarian projects

 Software to manage: HOMERE and Microsoft suite with very good Excel skills

 Training and/or coaching as previous experience in mandatory

 Previous experience in working in partnership with local organizations is valued 

Transferable Skills:

 Capacity to delegate and motivate a team

 Team management

 Experience to build team capacity and manage daily workload at the same time

 Fluent English level written and spoken in mandatory
