- Experience Level: Senior level
- Experience Length: 4 years
Job Description/Requirements
> Deliver the softskill training
including but not limited to Leadership, Team Work, productivity improvement,
Problem Solving, logical thinking, Decision Making, Negotiation, Cross Culture,
Customer Care etc
> Develop new Softskill training module
> Plan the training program and estimate the budget
> Make Assessment and Report the training result and budget
> Negotiate and coordinate with regional HR training PIC and the outsourced
training vendors as well
> Arrange the training
> Communicate with the training planning and administration group
> Conduct (teach) Softskill training in Yangon and other states &
regions
> Monitor the improvement of the trainees and reporting to manager
> Find out training needs for staff development and whole organization
improvement (Training Need Analysis)
