Job Summary
Handling all Payroll Process
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
· Handling monthly payroll
· Prepare monthly EC contract and sent to Labor office .
· Distribution EC contract to all staffs
· Prepare monthly SSB charges and submit to HR Manager
· Handling Personal Income Tax and deal with government office
· Check Attendance Report from YGN and Bago (Every Monthly)
· Support Attendance data to Ammon ( blank attendance)
· Responsible for orientation of new employee about company policy and procedure.
Job Requirement
· 2 to 3 years experience in Payroll field
· Good command in English or Chinese
· Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadline
· Must be strong knowledge and well know Labor Laws and related rules.
· Excellent knowledge of MS office
