Job Description & Requirement 

-Must be graduated 

-Must have HR Diploma or certificate

-Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing Myanmar Labor Law

-SSB contribution process for government office and tax process

-Establish the HR policies and procedures

-Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements

-Leadership skills,  Problems solving skills, Time management and Presentation skills 

-Must have at least 2 or 3 years of relevant working experience

-Must be fluently in English (4 skills)

-Computer skill (Microsoft office, Email, Power Point, Excel)


Prefer if have professional certificates
