  • Assist to HR Manager in selecting, interviewing, recruiting, testing program
  • Screening applicants’ personal profiles about their experience, education and skills.
  • Contact references and perform background checks.
  • Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
  • Hire or refer qualified candidates.
  • Conduct new employee orientations.
  • Deal with employment agency
  • Checking attendance
  • Knowledge in Labor Law
  • Employee contract
  • Developing HR Strategy
  • Organization Chart reviewing and monitoring

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Age between 25 to 30 years’ old
  • Must have 3 years above experience in related post
  • Can use computer MS word, Excel, Email & Internet
