Job Description/Requirements
This is a hybrid role between HR Subject Matter Expert role as well as the technical role, to bring digital technology to the HR team so that 9000+ people in the bank have seamless and enhanced employee experience.
Responsibilities:
· Serves as the HR subject matter expert in the execution of complex HRIS tasks and various modules, through working with the IT teams
· Create test scenarios and perform tests to ensure all processes function according to predetermined goals
· Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS interfaces, upgrades and patches by working closely with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix
· Identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions from technical side of view
· Conduct basic installation, configuration and upgrade of the systems, databases and servers according to standard guidelines and methodologies
· Grant user access to HIRS Systems based on the appropriate levels of access given to users
· Prepare documentations about the HR processes and maintenance tasks that are implemented the bank’s HRIS systems
· Configure HCM production and testing instances and possess skill sets including user support, system support, system configuration, monitoring end-user data input, identifying control opportunities and implementing solutions, and resolving user issues
· Ensure the security and reliability of the system
· Validate accuracy of data entered to HRIS by maintaining the quality and identify technical or process issues impacting data integrity
· Assist in investigation of issues relating to security systems and access controls

· Practical knowledge of importing, exporting and verifying data for use in reports, spreadsheets & graphs
· Ability to use structured thought processes to dissect issues and develop solutions
· Ability to work with sensitive employee data, maintaining confidentiality in all situations with a keen eye for detail, quality and accuracy
· Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration in assigned area
· Knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS) and database maintenance basic concepts
· High proficiency in MS-Excel, comfortable with databases, and analyzing data form multiple sources
· Optimistic personality and have a growth mindset
· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
· Strong organization and project management skills
Qualification Required:
· Bachelor's or master’s degree with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
· At least 1 to 2 year of experience in HRIS/HR system
· Good understanding of HR Processes (Core HR, Compensation, Performance, Talent Management, etc.)
· Knowledge on several HR information systems and applications
· Good command of English and Myanmar Languages
· Team player with positive attitude
· Highly organized and detail oriented
