Job Description/Requirements

-          Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

-          Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

-          Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution

-          Conduct investigation in response to employee complaints

-          Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

-          Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

-          Partner with leadership to develop succession plans

-          Responsible for administering performance management program

-          Provide HR policy guidance

-          Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

-          Identify training needs for teams and individuals

-          Evaluate training programs

-          Suggest new HR strategies

-          Manage and plan HR activities such us Staff Party, Employee’s Birthday, etc

-          Plan and communicate organizational policy changes

-          Ensure strategic alignment of the training with business goal

-          Identify training needs by consulting with internal stakeholders and develop training needs assessments

-          Develop the training solutions which best suits the business needs

-          Manage training resources/vendors and with internal employees to develop/deliver training
