Position Purpose

To provide on-sit IT support from remote Area/Branch offices. The staff will be based in an Area office and travel to assigned Branch office as needed

Key Responsibilities

 Supports IT requirement in project planning

 Closely working with Help Desk and administrative support to Area/Branches

 Implement and maintain the remote system software and antivirus solution

 Quarterly assessment of hardware and software

 Ensure IT policy and software license compliance

About you

 University Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Computer Science

 A minimum of 3 years’ experience in related areas

 Ability to record, track resolution of user problems by helpdesk software

 Able to travel through the country very often

 Must to provide a clean criminal background and reference check
