Integrated Risk Management (Executives & Managers)

Job Description/Requirements

Integrated Risk Management -7 positions (Executive to Executive Manager)

Risk management policies, analytics, monitoring & oversight

•        Establish strategies, policies, guidelines and processes for managing credit, market, liquidity, operational, fraud and any other significant related risks to the Bank’s operation aligning with the Bank’s strategy, risk appetite and guideline from Risk Management Committee

•        Develop / enhance monitoring, controlling and reporting tools to oversee and manage credit and other significant risks in accordance with the Bank’s policies, and make decision to manage these risks, within scope of delegate authorities, to be within risks limits set by the Bank and regulation

•        Enhance risks management through the Bank's policy & procedure, and related tools

•        Oversee & manage day-to-day risks management covering credit-, capital- and other significant-risks

•        Ensuring all parties understanding of the Bank's risk management policies and limits and oversee and manage that all related parties are properly implement risk management policies and procedure

•        Review and oversee the strategy on the organization and resources to be used for the risk management operation, in line with the risk management policy of the Bank.

Liquidity and Market Risk Management

•        Provide support to formulate and review strategies, policies, guidelines & processes for managing market & liquidity risks

•        Develop / enhance monitoring, controlling and reporting tools to oversee and manage market and liquidity risks in accordance to the Bank’s policies, and make decision to manage these risks, within scope of delegate authorities, to be within risks limits set by the Bank and regulation

•        Oversee and manage day to day risks covering market and liquidity risks

Operational, Fraud & IT Risk Management

•        Provide support to formulate and review strategies, policies, guidelines & processes for managing operational, fraud & IT risks

•        Develop / enhance monitoring, controlling and reporting tools to oversee and manage operational and fraud risks in accordance to the Bank’s policies, and make decision to manage these risks, within scope of delegate authorities, to be within risks limits set by the Bank and regulation

Qualifications

•        Bachelor or relevance degrees or certificates (Finance, Banking etc.)

•        Must have 3 years’ experience in related field

•        Prefer candidates not only in Managerial Level but also Executive ones as well (as we are hiring not only Executives but also Managers)
