- To ensure purchase orders meet lead time.
- To ensure the documents readiness for shipment on time.
- To minimize stock out situations and lost sales opportunity.
- Issuing Purchasing Order
- Coordination with Client Management Team for purchase order.
- Arranging payment claim to importers.
- Arranging payment to Clients/Vendors.
- Any Bachelor Degree.
- At least 1 year experience in related is preferable.
- Good Command of English (both spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of Trading , Import/Export is an advantage.
- Good knowledge in MS Office Application , especially in MS Excel.
- Good analytical , communication and time management skill.
