Job Summary
The ISO Officer makes sure that all necessary documentation is completed. According to the ISO Management System, Flow Charts and Guidelines must be strictly followed. Fully awareness of the objectives of QEHS and proactively involvement employees to the improvement and development management system. Supports the QEHS Department.

Job Description/Requirements
· Assist in Inspecting activities, compliance obligations, and services for flaws or defects;
· Ensuring the service process meets the requirements;
· Creating reports of quality control tests;
· Assist in performance of statistical analysis and data analysis.
· Assisting with internal audits programme;
· Provide training on ISO awareness and audit process;
· Fulfilling documentation and reporting requirements.
· Providing advice and information on environmental matters to staff and others as applicable;
· Coordinating environmental issues with employees;
· Identifying and assessing environmental aspects and their impacts;
· Ensuring operational controls are implemented and monitored;
· Assist in publication of internal communications and environmental newsletters;
· Completion of audits according to the Internal Audit Programme;
· Increasing the environmental competence and awareness of staff at all levels through the development of training and awareness initiatives and sharing of best practice.
· Providing advice and information on the Occupational health and safety matters to staff and others as applicable;
· Assist in coordinating occupational health and safety issues with employees;
· Identifying and assessing occupational health and safety aspects and their impacts;
· Ensuring operational controls are implemented and monitored;
· Assist in publication of internal communications and occupational health and safety newsletters; and
· Reporting of any near miss to the Health and Safety Officer;
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate; prefer in engineering, statistics or business
- Experience in working with similar organizations or institutions will be an added advantage;
- Should be able to work independently in a diverse environment
- Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English
