·          Supervision and troubleshooting on daily Musoni system usage and ensure operating            at best performance.

·               Prepare ad-hoc Reports upon the requirements of the organization.

·               Support to manage system configurations in Musoni upon the changes by regulatory and business methodologies.

·               Support and troubleshoot on payment platform (Wave Money) and digital solutions.

·               Provide training to staffs how to use Musoni system.

·               Administer and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks problems.

·               Secure systems and network infrastructure that protect data assets of the organization.

·               Supervise IT and telecommunication equipment usage and allocation for the organization.

·               Undertake other duties as requested and assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements

-       Any Graduate or Bachelor of computer science, Information Technology is more preferred.

-           Minimum (3) years working experience in IT Field.

-           Must have (1) year working experience in Microfinance Field. (Must have Core Banking System experience, Musoni System is more preferred to.)

-           Good experience in SQL querying and MySQL Administration.

-           Good experience in Windows Server Administration.

-           Good experience in IT Services, problem solving, and communication skills are required.

-           Basic Financial Accounting knowledge is required.

-           Able to travel in the country.

-           Good in English language (Speaking & Writing).
