Provide fast and efficient IT support to employees
Provide IT support on-site, telephone and online supports to offices and stores
Keep IT related documents as ITM standards, Asset Management
Coordinate and update with local IT team
Keep records of issue resolutions for: printers, UPS’s, networks and end users.
Able to work in non-business hours and weekends, Shift and on-call work may be required.
Prepare new workstations, printers, UPS’s and communications devices including POS system setup, maintenance, server maintenance and network administration
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Repairing equipment and replacing parts laptops, desktops, POS machines, printers, projectors
Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
Maintaining records of software licenses
Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
Visits to RMA branches in Myanmar mainly within Mandalay and sometimes Yangon
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or any other IT-related fields
At least 1 year of experience in IT field
Knowledge in systems administration (Windows Server) and computer network
Demonstrate a good knowledge of IT technical overall, especially Microsoft Technologies.
Love to do IT job both technical and non-technical and love to support people
Love to work hard and love to actively learning new things
Good English and Myanmar communications
