Senior Executive, Service Sales and Service Admin [Mandalay]

To provides after sales service within a designated sales area.

Job Description/Requirements

·         Develop customer list and monitor potential/future opportunities

·         Generate service proposals for targets customers

·         Keep accurate records and relevant documents for service actions and analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.

·         Maintain customer loyally by providing best customer service to all customers from private and government hospital

·         Monitoring the out of warranty customer to make an agreement of maintenance service contracts

·         Spare part sales for dedicated customers varying between single spare parts and complete spare parts

·         Proactive and reactive sales of spare parts, service contracts, repair and upgrading option of medical equipment

·         Developing the quotation-order-delivery-invoice process

·         Prepare documents as ISO requirements

·         Coordination and Collaboration with related department

·         Work with relevant departments for Tender requirement

·         Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstanding

·         Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them

·         To report Assistant Manager for the service sales operation activities

Job Requirements

·         Master/Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Electronics and Biomedical

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience for related field

·         Customer Communication Skill

·         Good knowledge of MS Office, Email & Internet

·         SAP Business System

·         Commercials Skill

·         Products Knowledge

·         Work experience as Sales administrator

·         Ability to work in a team environment

·         Willing and able to travel extensively

·         Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·         Proficiency in four skills English

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Be able to work under pressure

·         Ability to work under strict deadlines

·         Good presentation skill and negotiation skill
