  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

Key Tasks

·         Assist in recruitment and selection

·         Managing employment and others contract

·         Maintain & update staff personnel data

·         Assist the compensation and benefit processes

·         Conducting HR policies and procedure as required

·         Advises the employee performance issues.

·         Assist the training and development program

·         Perform the assigned duties by the management

·         Participate in CSR program

 

Other Requirements

·         Ability to travel as require

       Work at under pressure

          At least 3 years’ experience in related field

      Good in English 4 skills, Microsoft office, Internet & email
