Level 1 support for Windows OS installation and troubleshooting, Outlook configuration and troubleshooting, Network \ local printer installation and troubleshooting, Pc data migration while doing pc changes,
Provide level 1 support for Other Microsoft Products.
User creation and password reset and unlock the accounts on windows active Directory.
Provide the basic hardware troubleshooting support
Willing to learn and support server related basic support.
Provide Level 1 Support for Simple WIFI and Network related job.
Fill out the site Visit report, WhatsApp message update in the group for onsite arrival & Off time
, so that utilization is properly reflected when billing for customers' work hours utilizations.
Attend Weekly /Scheduled Engineers meeting
Updated ticket status with accurate work log to Helpdesk team after remote / Onsite work has been conducted
Provide Project Management skills for small-sized projects where required
Be part of the Engineering team providing high-level solutions for a wide variety of projects according to the customers’ requirements and scope of work
Willing to study & Learn new IT technologies & products that may be required as part of future projects
Willing to work after office hours \ Weekend when only for urgent matters.
Minimum Degree / Diploma in IT
+ 1 year of IT Field Engineer work
