Job Summary
Bachelor's degree in Management or Marketing; at least 2-3 years experience in sales (especially in Modern Trade) as well as marketing or CSD; experience in FMCG is a plus; Advanced English level

Job Description/Requirements
To support National Account Manager and Account Manager in achieving objectives at the customer level on the specific category, ensuring effective in-store implementation and building up good relationship with the customers.
Develop concrete customer plan to be in line with brand/channel objectives and strategies, including POP strategies and activity plans.
Develop good relationship with retailers to maintain sound business relationships via regular meeting with the customers (business plan, business review etc).
Assist NAM and AM by proposing and implementing the annual category strategy (customer business plan) e.g. assortment, promotion plan and trade deal on a customer basis
Ensure and implement the customer POP aligned with brand strategy to: new products, assortment, pricing, merchandising and promotion
Plan the promotion scheme for each customer
Work with the customer buyer to improve the operation effectiveness, develop category and generate the business opportunity
Ensure compliance of team’s activities with the WHO Code, local code and the Instructions
