Job Description/Requirements
Roll and Responsibilities
- Achievement of sale target in analyzer units, regent kits or value amount within a given period.
- Monitoring and maintaining each analyzer reagent output amount. Regent sales growth & marker share improvement.
- Field visit of minimum 15 days covering 60 unique customers in a month to erasure all customer in every region are covered in the financial year. Creating and maintaining good customer relationship and identify mew prospects.
- Meeting with key accounts and KOLs, creating the heart touch relationship to manage the sales and taking business opportunities back to the company.
- Sales analysis and report to managing director weekly, monthly , quarterly and annually.
- Participating and collaborating with brand plan and sales with ream form supplier company and doing internal online meeting every Saturday.
-Ensuring marketing activities such as Webinar holding, CME's conference participation, product presentation and demonstrations are conducted efficiently.
-Timely development of advertisements, brochures, product promotion and training materials etc.
- Lead and funnel monitoring for analyzers/ products categorization and feedback to field staffs.
- Training for new hires regrading their respective product category.
Qualification and Education Requirements
- Medical or Medical Science Related bachelor's degree
- 2 to 5 years experiences in IVD field or other sales professional experiences
Personals Skills
- Fluency in English 4 skill, Good computer knowledge, Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Additional Notes
- Able to travel independently anywhere in Myanmar.
- Able to drive.
