Job Summary
This position is mainly responsible to provide logistic support to the business in terms of receiving, issuing and dispatching the stock, handling export & import documents and communication between the suppliers, commercial and customers.

Job Description
Perform all the documentation of export & import, filing, and distribution as necessary and coordinate all the necessities with all the stakeholders including the Gov dept. (30%)
Tracking the shipments and facilities to transport to destinations. (20%)
Monitoring of FG receiving and issuing (Physical and ABS system) accurately. (10%)
Facilities for ground stock checking (monthly) and find the cause of the discrepancy between physical & system. (10%)
Extract Inventory reports of the warehouse and prepare the monthly reports for finance in time. (10%)
Prepare the logistic expense and claim to finance in a timely manner. (10%)
Other administrative tasks as assigned by management. (10%)
Reporting Structure and Key Stakeholders
Reports directly to Logistic Supervisor (EWMM)
Parallel working relationships with finance, suppliers within the company, and customer with the external.
