Job Summary
Logistics manager responsibilities include managing the overall logistics procedure of project/contract and organizing & monitoring the stock control and transportation of goods. The goal is to get the efficient project management and manage the entire cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Role and Responsibilities
· Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
· Manage the overall logistics procedure of the project / contract – (Estimate cost calculation for tender, Bid Bond submission, Contract Draft checking, Planning Import Procedure, Import License application, Production and shipment follow up, Payment Transfer & chasing, Inspection, Banking process of pre-tendering and pre-contracting, LC opening, inland transportation arrangement.
· Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
· Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, End-user, retailers and consumers.
· Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
· Resolve any arising problems or complaints
· Supervise and control the safety of warehouse, delivery plan of goods for order
· Coach and train the workforce and manage
· Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
· Coordinate with Engineering dept, for after sale service support of the project
· Enquire the update issued rule and regulation of Trade, Custom and Port Authority.
· Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
· Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
· At least 4 to 7 year relevant experience Demonstrated understanding of consumer goods industry
· Diploma in supply chain management is preferable.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
· Record of successful distribution, logistics and project management
· Knowledge and experience in warehousing management
· Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
· BS in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent.
· Excellent communication skills
· Good negotiation skills with vendors and dynamic, strong vendor networks
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Good level in spoken and written English
· Can travel NPT and Oversea frequently also.
