Responsibility

  • Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
  • Greeting and welcoming as they approach front desk
  • Assisting RMs and Customers with their inquiries
  • Support Office Administrations
  • Monitor Office Supplies and Place Orders when necessary

Requirement

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills to build solid relationship with the clients and to work with the internal colleagues
  • Self motivated and able to work independently
  • Customer service focused
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes
  • Attentive to detail and numerate
  • Some administration working experiences
  • Ability to work under stressful environment


Qualification Required:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree
  • Good understanding and experience of front desk operation and administration.
  • Experience in Front desk operation highly preferred.
  • Pleasant outlook and personality.
