Head of Machinery Department - 1 Post (Road & Bridge Construction)

Internal: CEO, CE, Machinery Team and Relevant Staff.
External:Vendor, Related Authorize Person.
Role and Responsibilities
The key responsibilities are to
Manage and coaching for local team members (Mechanical Engineers, Supervisor, Operators, Helpers and Checkers).
Ensure responsibility for all machinery maintenance.
Recorded and monitoring the day to day operation of all machinery and Operators.
Generate work orders, track progress and follow up as needed.
Ensure control and access the fuel consumption and work done on all projects.
Order and source parts as needed for the completion of maintenance tasks.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance to facilitate in a safe efficient manner.
Responsibility that development and designation new maintenance technique and modify existing plan.
Monitoring and maintenance of all machinery to be efficiency and actual work done.
Monitoring and record for all machine repairs list and budget for each machine.
Practice and maintain to do operating in project to get an efficient machinery section.
Plan and overview all repair and installation activities.
Identify and resolve machinery issues.
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
Monitoring and check maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
Prepare monthly report to related Project Manager and Head Office.
Ensuring apply the relevant health and safety rule and regulations.
Provide advice and technical support.
Ensuring profit and loss for machinery regular income.
Working collaboratively with Estimating engineers, site engineers, purchasers and other. internal staff liaising with clients, and relevant authorities.
Direct responsible of spares management and control for all machinery.
Ensuring machinery arrangement is to be operation running smoothly.
Performing any other ancillary and other duties that may be reasonably assigned by the company’s Senior Management, as and when required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required BE / B.Tech / AGTI of Engineering Mechanical Power
At least 10 years of experience in relevant field.
Good communications skills (oral and written)
Good knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
Creative problem solving skills
Ability for travel and to traverse job sites
Willing to work beyond normal working
Able to plan for the analysis and preventive action of operation risk management
Negotiating and team-working skills and the ability to motivate and lead those on site
Details technical knowledge of machines maintenance system on construction projects
Excellent coaching and monitoring skills
