- Proactive and goal-oriented team player with a positive attitude
- Accuracy and attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities;
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative supports
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Preparation of reports as required by the Dept Head
- Coordinate and follow-up to ensure timely & updated reports from all departments
- Able to work independently
