- Generate new leads from self-network and sale closures
- Understanding different types of insurance products and offering tailored advices to prospects
- Responsible for profiling and recruiting different segments of insurance advisors
- Monitoring sales performance of insurance advisors
- Ensuring smooth on-boarding of insurance advisors
- Coaching & Mentoring new insurance advisors
- Conducting joint field work with insurance advisors and supporting them in business closures.
