  • Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
  • Fully Handling Setting up new Office & Office Shifting in new location.
  • Vendor Management & Office Administration
  • Issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters & Confirmation Letters
  • Taking Exit-Interview and Issuing Reliving letters & full and final statement of existing employees
  • Participating and Discussing with Management regarding the new policies.
  • Maintaining the records of the employee by maintaining their personal file
  • Organizing meeting and managing databases
  • Organizing company events or conferences
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Managing office budgets
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Schedule job interviews candidates as needed

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree related with applied position.
  • (Master’s degree preferable)
  • 3 to 5 years experiences in similar position and 5 to 8 years of working experience in a senior managerial position
  • Degree in Human Resources, Labor Laws, Public Administration, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position
  • An experience and knowledge of HR administrative best practices, HR Technology, and general practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a necessary for this position
  • A suitable candidate for this position must have great computer skills and demonstrate high proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong administration skills
  • Previous Experiences and success story is essential to present.
  • Must be willing to travel work extended hours , weekends and holiday
