An export manager is in charge of all policies and procedures involved in the export of goods for a company and works to increase the efficiency of the exporting process, and monitor the financial components of the process and search for opportunities to reduce taxes and shipping rates.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Any Graduate and prefer diploma in Sales & Marketing.
  • Minimum (5) years in related fields.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Focusing on the task of exporting foreign markets in order to get more export market and sale from export  process.
  • To fulfill all the responsibilities given above and report back.
  • To study the foreign market in order to export the company's products to foreign markets.
  • To study and submit the Labeling Law, Import Procedure, Consumer Protection Law, Food Law, Customs Duties and Taxes of the designated countries accurately.
  • To study and present the prices of similar products in our designated foreign markets.
  • Implement the necessary marketing measures to achieve export sales targets in specific countries.
  • Carry out online / offline sales, which is the core of the Export Sale process.
  • To be able to sell products in the specified foreign market and find a suitable Distribution Company or Supplier.
  • To send a sample of product and quotation to the foreign purchasing company.
  • Implementing sales contracts with foreign purchasing companies.
  • To be able to connect with logistics companies that deliver goods to other countries.
  • To study and present the price chain of our product by country.
  • Establish monthly export sales, performance and other relevant inventory by country and manage and implement as needed.
  • Focus on reaching sales targets by country.
