Duties & Responsibility

•           Marketing and presentation for customer enquire

•           Discussion with the customer for technical solution

•           Evaluate the bill of quantity and prepare quotation

•           Clarification with the customer for our commercial & technical proposal to reach the solution

•           Consider the project design & draw design drawing

•           Advise the technical & commercial solution to Yangon and Mandalay projects

•           Check the decided the design drawing and technical specification

•           Follow the project the status of project to award the project

•           Advise and check the project installation condition

•           Sales the some items after the customer satisfy

•           Check the quantity for order awarded the project

•           Check the technical and commercial issue from Project Team

•           Deal with the contractors and customers.

•           Coordinate with the team members, other departments

•           Report and share the technical issues.

Skills & Competencies (Requirement)

•           Bachelor of Engineering ( Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic) 

•           Diploma / Certificate in M & E (Good engineering knowledge and experiences in M & E field )

•           Age between 30 and 45

•           Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.

•           Fluent in Myanmar and English Languages.

•           At least 7 years experiences in the field of project sale or M & E service.

•           Excellent management skills and abilities to handle diverse tasks.

•           Excellence in conceptual and analytical skills.

•           Excellent in communications, presentation, business dealing and negotiation skills

•           Professionalism, integrity, honesty, reliability passion for work, and accountability.

•           Adaptable to our company’s culture, policies and procedures

•           Able to motivate employees or members to achieve project sales target.

•           Can drive and be willing to go travel.

•           Must be able to work on long term and work under pressure
