1.Process payments, bill and invoices in a timely manner.2.Assist in monthly account reconciliations activities.
3.Oversee billings, credit adjustments, and refunds, reactivate, suspend, disable and terminate on monthly basis.
4.Work with cross-functional teams in resolving financial and revenue related issues.
5.Perform revenue analysis, calculations and reporting on monthly basis.
6.Develop new strategies to improve accuracy and timeliness of revenue management.
7.Determine monthly revenue forecast and identify revenue opportunities.
8.Determine and review revenue numbers with management on monthly basis.
Bachelor’s degree in business, any Master’s degree related with applied position.
Excellent leadership skills
Perform process study and evaluate the effectiveness of the existing control Environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience(2+ years must be in revenue assurance or billing)
Direct experience in a revenue assurance or billing operations role in telecom is required
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Independent self starter and flexible team player
Ability to work overtime as required including nights and weekends
