v Create, design, implement, and facilitate a marketing plan.
v Develop and implement of the marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
v Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers and advertisers.
v Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
v Collect data on customers, competitors, and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
v Analyze and review the marketing program and report findings to team members.
v Collaborate with Tendering and Project Management Department in execution, efficiency, and growth.
v Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with the tendering manager.
v Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
v Initiative Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) related to a marketing perspective.
v Perform other assigned duties if required.
v Responsible for all marketing activities include aspects of direct marketing, research, public relations, branding, communications, and advertising.
v Oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.
v Research and analyze customer satisfaction and customer expectations
v Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
v Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
v Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
v Hiring and managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that can also include PR and creative staff.
v Equivalent Bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferable Master’s degree.
v Minimum of five years in managerial experience in a variety of corporate sectors. Proven market research analysis experience. Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts in the construction industry.
v Excellent communication and presentation skills must have advanced knowledge of excel PowerPoint and Word
v Proficient in English and computer skills.
