Job Summary

Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. This is a full-stack marketing role, where you will have the opportunity to define and execute our marketing, branding.

Job Description/Requirements

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our service

●      Create and evolve product positioning and key messaging for use in external communications

●      Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event

       management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

●      Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

●      Define and execute go-to-market, engagement & retention strategies in close coordination with both fellow marketing colleagues (i.e., Community

        Management team, CRM/Direct Marketing members, etc.) and cross-functional colleagues such as Producer/Product Management, Business

        Development, Operations and Legal

●      Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

●      Oversee and approve marketing material, from website or in-app banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

●      Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

●      Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly

●      Work with the Product Management team to conduct research that offers insights into the attributes and needs of both existing and potential users

●      Assist business development teams in creative pitches to partners; conceptualize and execute partner marketing programs

Requirements

●      Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus

●      5-10 years of marketing experience in areas, including: 

  1.   Direct marketing, marketing program management, or marketing consulting
  2.   Paid media campaign strategy and management including creative development,
  3.   agency selection, media buying, campaign tracking and optimization
  4.   Online data measurement and analysis of products and customers
  5.   Creative production
  6.   Product positioning strategies

●      Proven capacity for developing and understanding strategy

●      Experience working on a highly cross-functional team with ability to manage complex projects with multiple partners and multiple priorities

●      Strong leadership, initiative, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in developing and delivering executive

        presentations

●      Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics

●      Knowledge and understanding of Company’s mission and strategic and competitive position in the market

●      Social marketing experiences

●      Business level of English
