Job Description
- Mainly in charge of management of HVAC and parts installation projects
- Interpret technical designs and drawings
- Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline
- Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works
- Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site
- Installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation in the construction project
-Drafting design using Auto CAD
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
- Must have 1~3 years working experience as M&E Engineer
- Must be able to use Auto CAD 2D
- Must be upper conversational level in English language.
- Prefer to have experience in HVAC system
Work Condition
Working Venue (Township): Bahan Township
Working hours: 8:00AM~17:30PM
Working Days: Monday~Friday
