Job Description

·        Follow standard process for collecting, weighing, and breaking down food and vegetables to ensure that meat and fish are cut and packaged accurately
in regards to requirements

·        Clean and sanitize meat and fish, in regards to health and safety rules and standards, to ensure quality of product for consumers

·        Calibrate, package, label and store procedures for meat and fish to ensure quality and freshness of products

·        Work with Quality Assurance team in regards to quality control check and monitoring of final products

·        Monitor temperature of storage unit for meat and fish, and reports any discrepancies to ensure freshness of food

·        Perform cleaning process on prep area, in which includes taking apart, washing, rinsing, and sanitizing all equipment, prep-tables, pans, and utensils, and
washing floors, walls, coolers, and storage racks, to ensure that federal health and civil code regulations are maintained

·        Wear appropriate hat or hair net, beard guard, cutting glove, and any necessary uniform as assigned by health and safety officers

·        Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
