Prepare and submit monthly/ quarterly and necessary reports together with Program staffs to
Humanitarian Program Unit Manager and Country Office.
Ensure proper data collection against indicators for each project in Program Unit.
Provide analysis of quantitative data to present to HPUM for monthly reporting.
Oversee collection of population data for targeted areas.
Serve as M&E focal point for the Program unit – supervise and coordinate all M&E staff assigned to
Maintain updated database in coordination with M&E specialist/ Manager at CO to ensure all information
is readily available for reporting.
Monitor the quality of implementation and act as accountability focal point for Mrauk U based projects
Detailed field monitoring and documentation of status on the ground to be communicated to DHPUM.
Lead MER preparedness process at Mrauk U.
Lead rapid needs assessment in the event of rapid onset emergency and ensure staff are able to
contribute via training prior to emergency.
Lead and coordinate of project and programme review and lesson learn workshop to ensure the
programme quality and improvement.
Train and coach to staff for improving knowledge of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting concept
and using mobile application technology such as KoBo
Coordinate and provide technical support to project staffs (M&E officer and Database assistance) studies
and project evaluations.
overseeing MEL data for internal/ external reports and presentations requests from Plan staff and
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Understanding of humanitarian issues
Strong M&E Systems and reporting experience
Strong understanding and passion for coordination of team members.
Understanding of participatory methodologies
Understanding of local civil society development
Understanding of integrated development issues and child rights
University degree in relevant area.
At least three years of progressive work related experience
Experience utilizing computers including word processing, spreadsheet and other software
