Mobile Core (Deputy Manager)
1. -Monitor KPI and traffic, achieve necessary analysis to improve network quality,
especially Core network.
2. -Share the situation regarding Core network quality degradation with concerning or ganizations. And make sure their cooperation and that the solutions are done.
3. -Capacity dimensioning based on monitoring information on this mobile network
4. -Take ownership in setting up the network quality at the customer experience point of view
5. -To improve the Mobile service quality, analyze the customer complaints.
Ø Need to have analytic skill based on the whole mobile network
Ø Good experience in Mobile core
Ø English skill in well 4 Skills & Myanmar Language
Ø Microsoft Excel , Word & Power Point skills must be have.
Ø Need to collect the right and complete information efficiently
Ø Excellent communications & interpersonal skills and co-ordination skills on cooperative work with concerning organizations.
Ø Good troubleshooting skills.
Ø Able to travel
Ø Must have the documented preparation experience on different team
Ø Must be dependable and trustworthy
Ø Must be self-motivated, focused, and persistent
Willing to learn & work long term
