Job Description

·         Design, implement and provide support for all network-related hardware/software

·         Responsible for improving the technical service capability of the service team and channel partners in the targeted region

·         Responsible for the delivery support and management of customer training, product solutions, pre-sales testing, online problems troubleshooting in the targeted region;

·         Responsible for channel partner enhancement in the targeted area and technical support, management of major projects

·         Frequently require to travel to customers and projects’ destinations


Job Requirements

·         Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication, electronic engineering or related;

·         With 2+ years of experience in front-line service delivery or technical support, online problem solving, testing and solution support, familiar with ICT products

·         Fluent English skill oral and writing, preferred Chinese or native language;

·         Good expertise of Networking, Routing/Switching,L3/L4,TCP/IP;

·         Good experience on network product, including but not limited Switch, Router, Security and wireless;

·         Good experience on cloud computing and visualization technology such as VMWare, VSphere

·         Deep hands-on experience in Configuration, troubleshooting and Network Solution crafting of Routers, Switches and Wireless technology;

·         Good communications skill & proven ability to relate to customer representatives at various;

·         Strong team management and communication skills, good cooperation spirit, passion and creativity, working under pressure and challenges levels;

·         Preferred certifications CCNP/HCNP certifications or above;

Willingness to learn new technologies and systems
