Job Description/Requirements

The executive administrative executive provides basic clerical support such as answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, opening and distributing correspondence.

Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadline

Arrange and planning, meetings, filing and ordering office supplies.

Higher-level duties include bookkeeping, writing and distributing memos and creating marketing materials such as presentations.

Assist to CEO about Machine repair and maintenance situation

Miscellaneous tasks to support CEO , which will vary according to the sector and to the CEO ’s remit.

Ideal to assist work proactively, making herself an indispensable part of the company’s day to day functioning.

Any other duties assign by CEO related with CEO‘s Office responsibilities

Job Requirements

B E (Mechanical Engineering ) background

At least 4 years experiences in Secretary / PA field

English 4 skills and can communicate with foreigner

Able to work under pressure
