Office Facility Management(Administration Department) - Deputy Manager

Job Summary

Bachelor of Civil Engineering B.E (Civil) Over 5 years of both on site management and civil structure experience Liaising with internal teams (other departments), vendors, suppliers for OFM projects (construction, renovation, structural strengthening) Conducting all assigned tasks from all Headquarter Offices, Yangon Region, State & Region project

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations for required sustainable improvement    
  • Liaising with internal teams (other departments), vendors, suppliers for OFM projects (construction, renovation, structural strengthening)   
  • Preparing project plan and details, for proper implementation of detailed design drawings & layouts for project proposals        
  • Managing the building analysis and structrual requirements of existing office buildings.        
  • Providing the technical judgement, inspection and progress report and resolve creatively for any emerging problems.        
  • Monitoring all the project progress, quality of materials and services         
  • Conducting all assigned tasks from all Headquarter Offices, Yangon Region, State & Region projects 
  • Able to apply strongly construction knowledge & practices fully on current duty assignment         
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills        
  • Able to estimate project cost and budget in time         
  • Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets        
  • Capable in quality project controls for upcoming contractual disputes
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering B.E (Civil)
  • English Proficiency Skills
  • MS Office, Outlook Skills 
  • Over 5 years of both on site management and civil structure experience
