Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
* Oversee management of
bussing contracts, limousine and chauffeur services. Ensuring service levels
are adhered to by all team members in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide logistical solutions to all project
based services such as short term transportation services for events and
corporate entities.
* Customer Service: Work with the team to ensure
that one continuously exceeds customer expectations at all times. Liaise
directly with the call centre team and BDM's to establish business
opportunities with new or existing customers.
* Must ensure that an aggressive sales strategy is
adopted to achieve sales and revenue. Establishing sales targets, training on
products, services, sales performance, follow up on sales opportunities and
converting them. Introduce a recognition and rewards programme based on targets
and achievements.
* Staff training and development: Train, mentor
and develop skills with team members. Set KPI'S for the team in line with the
business objectives, review them periodically and performance manage them to
deliver outstanding results.
* Demonstrate business practices that are in line
with standards; Handle complaints escalated from both
internal and external customers and provide solutions; and Communicate on
operational areas supporting all promotional activates targeted to improve
inbound sales.
* Present critical data relevant to Bussing,
Limousine, Chauffeur & Event Management operations, sales opportunities and
performance to the Managing Director on a regular basis; and will also liaise
with Rental/Lease and Sales Managers on a regular basis.
* Interact with corporate sales team in
establishing support and customer care to individual accounts.
* Support all marketing initiatives that are
targeted to improve sales opportunities.
Minimum
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
*Degree Qualified
*Minimum 3-4 years previous management experience
in at least one of the following fields Sales/Rental/Leasing/Chauffeur/Event
Management
*Demonstrates good communication skills - written,
verbal and interpersonal skills
*Time management, organized, attention to detail,
demonstrates ability to analyze and interpret data into solutions.
