Operation Manager / Sr. Manager – Male/ Female (4) Posts
- Must have good leadership skills and communication skills.
- Must have critical thinking and Problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to go and audit Yangon and Regional Stores.
- Implement adequate hygienic policies and operation manual and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times in the store.
- Supervise the food preparation and presentation process, ensuring high quality items and conformity with the set standards and techniques, check the quantity/quality of displayed items and take necessary actions upon needed.
- Must be familiar with the company's operation manual.
- Must be graduated.
- Age 35 and above.
- Must have at least 5 years and above experience in F & B Service, Operation, accounting field and Production.
- Must be at least 3 years and above Management level experience in F & B field.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
- Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
- Must be good English four skills and Computer literate.
- Able to work and deal with company for long term.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great delegation skills.
- Good problem solving, multi-tasking and administrative skills are a must.
- Ability to drive the operation even in a tough situation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
