Job Description/Requirements
1)To manage development a new Operating Support System (OSS) project including end user’s voice hearing, survey and collect requirements , vendor discussion, technical clarification with vendor , presentation document preparing, RFP preparing, Vendor management and managing development to complete in time.
2) To manage and release new requirement functions or change request for OSS Tools to meet end user needs.
3) To manage the operations & maintenance (1st level & 2nd level tasks) of OSS tools and to support user satisfaction with system stability.
4) To provide on job training for OSS tools upon the end user requirements .
5) To take responsibility as administrator of OSS tools and to support system assurance.
6) Investigating system issue and incident case, checking report from staffs, reporting to management level and explaining to stakeholders.
