Job Description

Operations Controller
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Attend and setup regular meetings with production management 
 Report on production efficiency and costs to senior management 
 Support production management with financial analyses to further improve production processes
 Identify current stock taking procedures and propose further improvements
 Attend stock takings and monitor losses 
 Suggest improvements to inventory recording in the financial administration
 Identify and reduce financial risks in the production process
 Setup and monitor OEE measurement systems
 Ensure inventory and COGS recordings done by the accounting team are accurate and timely 
 Provide reports to senior management on financial production efficiency, inventory and cost price development for all production facilities and warehouses. 
 Provide comparisons across business lines and locations
 Actively support the production team with (financial) production forecasts and annual budgeting

 At least 10 years of experience in similar positions 
 At least 3 years of experience in working for large production companies (preferably multinationals)
 Excellent in English, both in writing as in speech
 Academic background, Masters degree
 High cognitive and analytical skills
