Manage the delivery of services to customers in a timely manner. Manage and control the outsource manpower and external provider. Establish the good relationship with suppliers and logistic company.

Job Description/Requirements
· Lead and support forecasting and planning for the operation processes which consist of going meetings, scheduling, giving trainings and logistics.
· Manage the delivery of services to customers in a timely manner.
· Manage and control the outsource manpower and external provider.
· Establish the good relationship with suppliers and logistic company.
· Monitor the performance of outsource manpower and external provider.
· Manage and control the inventory purchasing, storage and issue.
· Create and execute action plans to improve the operations district KPI’s.
· Well able to work with cross team to discuss the issues and strong communication skills
· Ensure proper training processes are successfully given of all kinds business in relation to their departments
· Analyses and responsible for quarterly reports to give customers.
· Maintain and improve operational processes by monitoring system performance identifying, resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, completing waste auditing and analysis.
· Empower team to take responsibility for their jobs and goals
· Communicate regularly with management team members within the organization.
· Plan and implement that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively.
