Partner Support Center - Deputy Manager
> Conduct telephone calls to customers directly and partner company to negotiate and arrange the installation schedule.
> Receive the inquiry and/or complaint from Sales Channel and find the solution and instruct it to the caller.
> Need to negotiate and persuade customers.
> Have the possibility to work on weekends and/or holidays as shift time work.
> Use system and record the conversation with customers and report to the manager as instructed.
> Can be requested to do data analysis.
> Better to have the knowledge and/or experience of call center operation.
> Will use excel, PowerPoint, email system and specific system for daily work.
