To co-ordinate and manage all the human resources and administrative activities of the Company in order to attract, develop, motivate highly productive and trained personnel in the organization.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Management level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Providing an effective and efficient human resource and administrative functions
  • Developing and implementing HR and Administrative strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Developing and Implementing new policies, approaches, and procedures
  • Managing a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company. Makes recommendations to executive management.
  • Developing and updating company’s salary budget and optimizing HR related cost
  • Ensuring compliance to law and regulations
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process, talent management and skill development, compensation and benefits, and KPI performance review system
  • Calculating payroll, income tax, SSB; managing pay slips properly and managing SSB claims
  • Managing attendance, leaves, employee relations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Responsible to participate as ISO internal auditor in the audit team
  • Responsibilities of registration of Company, Change of Company Name, Company Address
  • Submits of Weekly Report and Monthly for HR & Admin Reports to CEO & MD
  • Developing a collaborative RGL corporate culture as per our mission, vision, and values Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time
