Job Summary
The ISO Officer makes sure that all necessary documentation is completed. According to the ISO Management System, Flow Charts and Guidelines must be strictly followed. Fully awareness of the objectives of QEHS and proactively involvement employees to the improvement and development management system.

Job Description/Requirements
· Document Control for all business related documentation to comply with IMS Manual standards
· Contributes to Continual Improvement and cost reduction activities, both in general and specifically related to individual duties
· Inspecting activities, compliance obligations, and services for flaws or defects;
· Ensuring the service process meets the requirements;
· Creating reports of quality control tests;
· Performance of statistical analysis and data analysis.
· Assisting with internal audits programme;
· Provide training on ISO awareness and audit process;
· Fulfilling documentation and reporting requirements.
· Providing advice and information on environmental matters to staff and others as applicable;
· Coordinating environmental issues with employees;
· Identifying and assessing environmental aspects and their impacts;
· Ensuring operational controls are implemented and monitored;
· Publication of internal communications and environmental newsletters;
· Completion of audits according to the Internal Audit Programme;
· Increasing the environmental competence and awareness of staff at all levels through the development of training and awareness initiatives and sharing of best practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Education, Engineering, Technical, Business Management
- Certifications and or experience in areas of ISO 9001 and ISO14000
- Minimum 3 years experience in working with similar organizations will be an added advantage;
- Should be able to work independently in a diverse environment
- Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
- Leadership skills are paramount to success in this position
- Direct experience planning or managing audits is preferred
- Budgeting (planning and execution) skills are a plus
- Internal integration and high level communication within team
- Proficiency in Myanmar Language and English Language (Four Skills)
