Summary of Job
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director to ensure the smooth management of day to day affairs, and most effective use of time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
· Primarily assisting the Director with organizational, and personal administration on a daily basis
· Organizing meetings related tasks: Scheduling meetings, preparing materials, writing meeting minutes, etc…
· Typing, compiling, and preparing reports as assigned
· Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
· Reminding the Director of important tasks/meetings/deadlines
· Coordinating travel arrangements as needed
· Keeping records and files at all times
· Supporting the Director with other miscellaneous tasks on ad hoc basis
Requirements
· Any Bachelor’s degree
· Male
· Working experience in Administrative and Personal Assistant roles for at least 2-3 years
· Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and quality
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
· A responsible attitude to all aspects of work
· Able to work under pressure and excellent time management skills
· Able to work independently and work with a wide range of people
· Demonstrates solid work ethics
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
