Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Organizing meetings and appointments, events and conferences
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, meeting minutes and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems,
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 3 year of PA experience in Media/Advertising industries
  • Strong knowledge in social media skills
  • Age between 20 to 30
  • Good in English (oral and written communication skills)
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Communication skills
  • A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
