· Bachelor degree Engineering (B.E (EC) or BE (IT)) or computer science related fields.
· Industry experience at three years including two or more years in sales engineering.
· Proactively scope that technical solution required to address customer requirements, accesses customers’ met and unmet needs and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
· Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
· Positive, service-oriented personality
· Willingness to travel
· Responsible for coordinating to solve technical problems for / sales and customers.
· Responsible for supporting sales to provide advice on network solutions to business / industry.
· Responsible for bringing Customer Requirement to design and design to be a Technical Solution for Engagement and to present Proposal to customers.
· Responsible for coordinating with internal Cross Functional teams, Partner / Vendor in order to deliver project work to meet the target.
· Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers, the usefulness of the service and technical solution for opportunities.
· Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
· Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
