Job Descriptions

  • Create and update supplier’s record, items record, items supplier and pricing for inventory items
  • Filing, typing and receive phone calls.

  • Check all P.O typed signed and approved by all concerned and to follow up on all purchase orders are made to ensure that goods deliveries are as schedule.
  • Source for quotations for all Purchase Requests received.
  • Follow-up of Purchasing order
  • Ordering of Daily Market List and checking to make sure that the previous day orders are in as scheduled.
  • Ordering of Daily Market List and Beverage.
  • To do market survey monthly.
  • To do monthly store stock checking.

Job Descriptions

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel & restaurant procurement.
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing food and non-food.
  • The role shall be responsible for purchasing and managing overall restaurant activities.
